Perfect for a BBQ or with a soup, this cornbread is the perfect combination of savoury and sweetness. Plus, it has added protein hidden in it. Bonus!
Ingredients
- 1/2c NZProtein LSA
- 3/4c All purpose flour
- 3 Scoops NZProtein Beef protein
- 1/2c Sugar
- 1/2t Salt
- 3t Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1c Milk (I used almond)
- 1/3c Avocado oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180oC and grease a loaf tin.
- In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients together and whisk.
- Create a well in the middle and add in the wet ingredients.
- Whisk together until the mixture is smooth.
- Transfer to the greased tin loaf and bake for 20mins or until the loaf starts to brown.
- Enjoy warm. Best served with butter!
